Steve promised no dilution but we have o/s now at 600mn vs. 500mn when he said that.

-Also, pro forma numbers way off as they put in numbers for deals (that did not pan out), rather than the COMMISSION for those deals.

-Audit with date certain did not happen.

-Peter said to Stock and Airsys that new audit being done in Toronto...but Stock was told by the auditor, he has not decided whether to take on the audit or not yet.

-PRs last week as told to S&A did not happen

-Cement deal that was PR'd as done was retracted.

-Several other deals that were supposed to close...no follow up about actual closing.

-Nevada incorporation which is most-corporate friendly, but not so much shareholder...many scams have been Nevada-based.

-Petar was PRd as no longer managing, yet he speaks with S&A.

-Every PR turns out to be off-base or wrong imo. Show me one that actually has panned out and followed up on?

Help me find reasons to stay....
