Interesting you should bring up Brenner. He is being sued by Frank Underhill of Hellix. Suit filed in Nevada Circuit Court on 8/14/19 over a title to property dispute. You state that Brenner uses a lot of offshore accounts. Offshore accounts are used to launder the proceeds from naked short selling between countries with protected jurisdictions.
