You are not being harsh just thinking out loud. I would suspect most transmission of the virus is people to people. While good sanitation, hand washing and disinfection are important the quickest way to spread the disease is still person to person. The number to watch is the amount of hospitalizations. The number of affected will go up anywhere were testing is increasing. Hope this helps
