Never been more confident in my 25yrs+ in trading pennystocks if they do everything they say they would as I outlined....I see no reason why they wont or the bank would not have lent them the money...very rare on otc to have non-dilutive financing....Also, wonder what valuation they put on Eclipse Liquids...Im sure a heck of a lot higher that current market prices.
