That's a real good question. The building, built in 1961 by International Paper, is still viable, and worth maybe $200K, if you can use it and draw customers, which would cost a lot in refurbishment, probably equal to its cost. The golf course, 200 acres, is worth whatever it will bring. As it is, it supports itself, the debt owed against it, and the guys who take care of it, in green fees and membership fees. But the 200 acres might be worth well over a million bucks as development property. I'm no expert, though, and have not done the research that would be required to give you a proper answer. I'm sure experts have appraised it, and could give a much better answer to your question. Maybe you can find out from Simmons First National. If we can buy it all for less than two million, we'll probably make out OK, if we have another million to develop it properly. But again, I'm not well enough informed to give you a proper answer.
