rruff, I said the opposite - there was no 15c211 filed. Why not? Do you think it is because SLJB would have to disclose the officers who own the "public vehicle"? The officers never named in corporation filings of the Sulja Acquistion Corp? Do you think they own over 10% of a "public vehicle" they PR'd they "acquired"?
