Marion, that is why I have been posting about the filing of a 15c211. SLJB has to disclose in the Form 211 that no officers own more than 10% of the o/s to get any shares registered and quoted. How can any reasonable person believe they are filing a/f's when they have never registered any shares post the acquistion of the Loftwerk's public vehicle or disclosed via 15c211 their ownership of the public vehicle?
