Since the middle of this January totally over 350M shares Slapped at 0.0003 ~ 0.0002! Where are those strong hands now? Why didn't they support the New bottom at 0.0002, instead of letting ACTL crash back to 0.0001 again with over 100M shares of dumping actions at the Real Bottom 0.0001?

Anyway its peer (FONU) just soared 20-Bagger from the Same Bottom 0.0001 to a Multi-Year's New high 0.0020 with 1.02B shares Large OS! To match the Same MV, ACTL (0.69B shares Small OS) will hit 0.00292 which is 14.6 Times of its current price 0.0002!

Nice to see 875K shares Slapped at 0.0002 yesterday! No more sales at 0.0001?
