Only other thing I can think of for the dilution that would be a net benefit for the shareholders in general, is to create available cash to use as to push the stock up if news ever comes this year.

So if ALPS and OTCX are raising cash, then once news comes itll use it to push it higher, and creating a market moving higher.

At some point they will dilute more and cash out more but at higher levels.

Jmo but its all moot if nothing ever comes for news or anything from the company.
