Basically, long story short, some guys have been in contact with Steve and Petar this week to resolve some of the outstanding questions about what is happening. One result was a PR which claimed that by the end of this week they would PR significant details on share structure and corporate details.

That PR has not been issued on time. Folks are still waiting.
