Again... you are uninformed...
Trevor Milton has not touted himself as the CEO of the merged company... he had that title up until yesterday when the vote was finalized. Steve Girsky was identified as the CEO upon merger approval and will fill that role as well as anyone can!
As far as strategic partnerships are concerned... these too have been clearly stated in filings and press releases... Nikola is an energy company that happens to make electric vehicles, not a vehicle manufacturer in the EV/Hydrogen space.
