If you read the 10k you will see that much of the debt is guaranteed by shares. The issuing of shares to reduce debt is a win /win. Additionally, these are shares owned by the company and buyers have gobbled them up. I don't think this is dilution - if that's what you're thinking. I think this is "solution"
