Someone once said of ILST has a huge upside. Most understand that to actually mean upside down.

I have been around this stock for more than 25 years. Some very dishonest players have been part of its operation and leadership. Some hard working honest people trying to make a good and legitimate profit have also been in high leadership positions.

However I have no comment about current leadership, as I do not know them well enough to opine well.
