Since Sulja NEVER filed a registration statement, any sales by Sulja into the market constitute the ILLEGAL sale of unregistered securities. (Like AT LEAST 100 million shares.)

LFWK bothered to file a limited exemption allowing shares to be issued for services that expired last May.

Somebody here ought to check with the securities attorney of their choice, and take some action to recover the money that was stolen by the pump and dump press releases.

Anybody who was damaged ought to be able to recover from the Suljas, and the "brains" behind this.
