I use TD AMTD and have had no problems at all buying and selling pinkies. I just can't get the intraday Level 2 for pinkies with TD AMTD.

I couldn't imagine any online brokerage restricting the pinkies, except maybe for the new Banc of America. That's just a guess though, I really do not know.
