1- RM HAS stolen the company...NOT conjecture

2- DH is NOT WB...and IF he was left standing with 30mm+ shares then RM would have more...no way he would let another senior holder control him...

3- Typo...not a 'reason' for a co that has just screwed its holders and would be a VERY specific number for a typo
