Sheer fact? They own nothing in Guinea now. The exploration license (in application for conversion to a mining license) was the ownership. Their exploration license was revoked on February 17 (as per the Feb. 20 8-K) and no tangible news since then, other than they are "investigating avenues to appeal the Government's decision" (as per the Mar. 26 8-K).
