With the O/S being reduced and Medico leaves the A/S the same, he has plenty of shares to dilute and maintain his lifestyle with.

I seen double whammies numerous times, where the slimmy fellows do Reverse Splits and Raise the Authorized Shares. We all seen anything can happen here.
