Absolutely true. I am a bag-holder on FTEG and Nelson Grist has multiple failed "companies" that he was involved with as CEO and/or President. He is an absolute bum and should be in prison for what he's done.

I posted this info on the FTEG board a few weeks ago, and even had a brief correspondence with Grist on LinkedIn.

"I have found him to be the CEO/President of at least 5 failed companies:

Clean Life Corp...Eon Capital...Entree Holdings....XGUARD360.....and of course, FTEG.
