I would wait and see how it trades today. You might get a great deal.

It all is a matter of if they are really moving to the Nasdaq. For the nasdaq this is a pretty cheap looking growth stock imo.

However if this is just a move to the OTC then I would wait.

That being said there is no update to the OTC site which lends me to believe maybe they have found a way to jump directly to the Nasdaq.
