They haven't made anything yet. It's tied to constables from a company trading on the gray market, which means there is no market maker. Not a good sign. Also, there are conflicting PRs, which hasn't been addressed. My thinking is this is a bad deal and there is a massive cost of sale that will be recorded to pay insiders.
