In all honesty ... take the money and run as soon as you can .. get into something else. This stock has been a scam pump and dump since they lost the google lawsuit .. management holds the majority of shares and cant be out voted on the proxy which has a reverse split on it .. dilution , and with the airports not operating fully ,who knows when thats going to happen ?
They cant be operating with the spas yet and employees im sure arent going to get paid with the loan they took , even states they may not pay employees in the sec filing ... why has management not taken a pay cut voluntarily yet adds compensation for themselves in every proxy theyve ever put out .. just read the sec docs and youll be smart enough to see what you meed to do ..
