Since PMCB is registered under the 1933 securities act, no requirement for any of the insiders to file a Form 4. So one has to hand crank shares owned/dumped by Kenny over the years.

We do know he setup things such that after Mar 2018 he had 375K shares/month vesting, already held the 1 yr, and ready to be dumped every month. One would have to go through several 10Ks, and count these, and the other shares granted, comparing to the total number of shares held. Also including potential option sales. What was granted, and what was left, when they expired. A fruit bat exercise of sorts.
