TDA is the right platform for HERB. Etrade and Schwab may also work but TDA specializes in American stocks. So when everything else fails, TDA will probably still offer non-reporting pinkies.
None of the three accept customers from Europe though. That leaves Interactive Brokers for people from Europe.
