You are 100% correct though. Dilution needs to be cleared up before the share price goes anywhere. Buying shares where you and I bought them as well as some others is one thing, but bidding this up or throwing anything at the ASK is crazy right now. I still think its a pretty low risk hold for the moment. I also would be very shocked if CLWD uses profits to clear any future notes, as this is what all companies in penny land do. Traders/investors should know the risks of playing here, we pay for that risk for the possible reward and that is what all penny stock companies rely on.
