Mar-Key - I think you are agreeing with me. It only makes since to me. That is why JF put that statemnent in his contract about the debendature dropping below value. I do not fully understand it, but thats why stipulations are put in place. They use the share to pay bills, but IF ... the shares HAPPENS to drop below a certain value. SOMEONE resurves the rite to use as needed.
If the value is so low that it cost WAY less to pay back that loan. Its not rocket science, its just an adventage of using shares.
