.....I've been in Denver and we can't access the BK case file which is not available for some unexplained reason........not COVID-19 related.........

.......700 17th St. building, not clearly named for some strange reason.................................will not allow access to Guy Allen Gibson.....................and not affiliated with Broadridge Financial Solutions..........?????................

........and remember, Guy and David Boies said we cannot sue.......that is, the non-existent HOLDCO, nor its successors can sue..........sue who.....????..............................

.............and a rogue, almost disbarred attorney who was kicked out of his own firm for reasons neither he nor the FDIC will discuss, with absolutely no skin in the game...............IS DRIVING the train over the income tax refund that we agreed to give to the FDIC, but sued anyway on a RELATOR, for no money..............and now we are forced to file a new case at the 10th district appeals court............that we do not want to file........and the FDIC does not want to file nor fight.................
