Always gonna be flippers. Personally I prefer the slow gradual rise unless I am just looking for a quick flip.. If we get a big increase day I will be very tempted to sell at least half of mine. If not I will ride it to the top. Not really expecting a big spike right now as last 8K mentioned COVID 19 has delayed things. You never know tho. I am in no rush here. Still accumulating. LOL
