Breath and cycling..I've been trying to sort this out..esp. post my 'bonk' up the 2 hills in that recent ride..
I ask because when I did power-walking, breathing correctly and in sync was an integral part of my training..
Do ya'll having a breathing pattern/excercise that you can recommend? I realize that strengthening my core and pedaling up hills is the only way I can improve but.........looking for any way I can facilitate this..Yesterday I tried doing it on a lil hill but my coordination with pedal stroke was aweful..
