I believe Fri the 15th is actual due date:
The company said they would do their best to get the 10k filed by the 14th, they did not promise it, which is "within" the required time frame, but I believe the 15th is the actual due date. That's tomorrow, Friday.
I will be disappointed if it isn't filed on time, and it would have been smart to have filed it pre-market today if at all possible, but especially with the complications of the coronavirus situation, i won't hold it against them.
The growth story here is very real, and very substantial, and we're only in the starting gate, so I'm long and strong! A little patience here will in my opinion pay off handsomely. I also believe this current little pullback is a screaming buy/add opportunity.
