master: UBSS is still trading the stock.

That says to me that other brokers that use UBSS, like Schwab, are still allowing their customers to buy this stock. I've spoken with Ameritrade (and received e-mails) every time buying has been halted on one of my positions, they never once gave me the speicific reason, they only gave me the list of possible reasons. IMO, it's the dividend causing this problem as it has not been clearly defined to both brokers and investors.
