what I think is funny is the distance between UBSS (pronounced TD Ameritrade)

UBSS is an MM used by multiple brokers, Ameritrade is not the only one. Schwab uses them, and I'd say there's a pretty good chance others do as well given how they are one of the biggest players in OTCBB/pink stocks (along with NITE).
