Bunch of BS. The PR had no information about how much was paid for the acquisition. How do we know how it's going to affect the share structure. It's a fluff piece, to be followed by more dumping. The PR states that they'll be "raising capital" meaning more dilution.

Some sheep are smarter and more talented than others!!
