As for IGEN still being on the OTCQB and needing to maintain the .01 per share minimum bid price requirement, I believe that the company has a plan to ensure that such goal will be achieved without doing a reverse split.
As do I Stervic, the quality of people involved here are not here for a sub penny stock or a long term OTC stock...this is just the start for their re-vitalization of this company.
