Didn't Dennis & Tommy-Boy have a lovers-spat?? Then broke up?
Maybe Tommy-Boy got the better of him with some slick paperwork.
They were jet-setting around the world, negotiating "contracts" (wink wink) amd big "Orders" (nudge nudge), taking selfies chomping on cigars.

O’Leary was a moron for ever getting involved with him....but he must be gullible I guess.
