Correct..solicit for the ability to bring buyers for the cement (which would mean that you have a track record of honesty and history of completions in the area), then look for buyers (again track record and history). Still same concept-buyer pays costs. Just broken down for anyone to understand.
As a manufacturer, I would not even talk to a person or company that his no apparent ability to bring me legitimate buyers or talent with potential that I could not verify. We definitely are out of the loop there, but doesn't matter if the concrete manufacturer and buyer believes in SLJB doing their job on both sides.(again looks pretty good) mo BD
