AZ, if as we believe WMIH- Corp could possibly be new parent company as of start 2020. Then would they not have to filed their own 10-Q 1st quarter earnings? IMO, I would think they would be required to file and I calculated May 15 as their deadline.

We did not see any of their earnings in COOP 10-Q so again I feel the new and undisclosed parent needs to file their own 10-Q, and I expect it before the annual shareholders meeting May 14.
