I'm still looking for at least a 30-40% drop from here to get in. NIAID data probably in a month, but seems the conclusion of that data is already in.
That said, they have money at the moment to get to Q42020 when full results are due out, but will need more cash before that.
Curious how much they would get from the due warrants. Looked at the SEC filings, but still not sure, how much would be received. Do you have any idea on the range?
If it is that 1,910,000 @5USD, then while the cash would be good, that would be very dilutional adding 20% to the shares outstanding. And the price differential of 15.86 to 5 is huge. If the underwriters know the product can't do anything for Covid, there could be a sell-off?
Personally hoping in due time pre-Q4 that this goes down to 9USD per share. Sorry Midas! :)
