imo clearly looks like a P&D, especially knowing DIRV's history
The FACT that DIRV has been a habitual reverse split offender, and the
recent wipeout of shareholders value with a huge 1 for 500 R/S
ASCM is a prolific short seller, nothing new there
they just have programs to find and short stocks that pop like this
