DIRECT FROM THE FINRA REPORT:

I assume that the FINRA did not put the "red" emphasis in their report.

I'm more concerned with the, "OR" that I emphasized in blue. As I read the FINRA report, there was no criminal complaint. By designating "or", FINRA stated that it was one of the group listed above.

Did I misread something?
