LOL! So CYDY needs to file an amendment to the filing saying Cool Blue Capital IS NOT a "Selling Shareholder" correct?

Seems a MANAGER of Cool Blue would have brought this to CYDY's attention and corrected it by now.

That being said why no filing of a S-3/#2 detailing the correction?

Social media isn't he place to correct it, the SEC EDGAR system is the proper venue to correct it.
