Also possible the pending news from the upcoming call is expected to be rather significant and they don’t need it after all. Plus due to coronavirus the listing exchange granted relief to regain compliance so they still have till early-mid Q4 at least to regain. I think like last time, the proposal was intended to satisfy “a plan” required by the exchange. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they don’t and haven’t really ever truly intended it like they said. But that’s just my guess.
