MGNX triples. Stock halted.

Nothing in the PR justifies this kind of move, IMO But there aren't a lot of shares in the float. At one point, a month ago, Nasdaq said institutional ownership was over 100%. I don't know how this can be, but that's what the Nasdaq site said.
