Recently there was the discussion, about what could be done, when there is still no information for further possible profits of our escrows by end of June 2020. It might be difficult to find a lawyer who will care about this case or the lawyer might be too expensive. However there are a lot of questions, e.g. the question of LuckyPanda, with which it has been asked, if something has to be done now, for being considered to get part of any possible safe-harbor-money. But who knows ? This person needs to have knowledge about financial and jurisprudential topics. And we also know that related organizations like the court, the FDIC, the hedge funds and so on and so on probably won't answer or even won't reply. I often remember the letter from Prof. Dr. Sankarshan Acharya to the court in which it seems that he might have necessary knowledge. Has anybody asked him for his actual opinion after closure hearing ?
What do you think ? Can Prof. Dr. Sankarshan Acharya help and answer some of the questions or judge the situation if something further will come back to the escrow holders or not ?
