I-man, its not 'ugly' to give you common sense opinion. Telling you to get your heads on straight and form an equity committee is very generous IMO. You and I both know its necessary if longs are to receive any portion of the 'new' company.
Nor is it 'ugly' to point out when and where JCP went wrong in the past, when it was said at the time, not just in hindsight.
