Let me re-state that. It is VERY good...if you already have your positions, 'cause it SURE don't look like cheapies are gonna fly for much longer.

Like I said, we can safely assume what all 38M of the TRUE o/s are doing with their shares. What the MMs wanna do with their NS shares is a whole 'nother story. My guess is, they don't wanna give no more away, if the pps is going back up...which it will, if they can't shake shares loose by taking it down.
