I had a tough time too, took over 20 mins. 'til it connected. Must be high volume, that is when this happens.
When I have a tough time and feel like complaining, I just hit that "we want your feedback" button on the top of the streaming quotes and tell them to buy more servers, hee, hee.

Well, I see that button is not working today! These is a suggestion button on the log in page, that is where to complain today.
