LOL! Only 1 small problem, the ball is a $12million pound shot-put.

On a serious note, I dunno why you longs want them to keep dragging this out. Let the default happen, file the Q, let all the panic dumpers dump this down to 1 or 2 cents, load a few hundred thousand shares, or a few million, wait for the inevitable pump back up to a dime or more,,,,and voila! Recover your losses.
