According the this majority control was bought...

SunMed Advisors, LLC has recently acquired majority control of CTYX through the purchase of Series A Preferred stock from the two principal holders of CTYX.

So SunMed Advisors, LLC now owns control of CTYX.

Sounds like CTYX is now a public Biotech market firm, or at least a subsidiary of one to me.
