Reading the article it doesn’t seem like Nick was a part of the 3m deal.. it seems that the lawyers that Nick and company are In litigation with have a platform to tell their side of the story. I have not heard of any lawsuits against Nick. To me it appears that he was trying to make a business deal with 3 other associates and they feel like they were short changed so they will be going to court to work it out.

Has anyone heard about the lawsuit against Nick defrauding investors? It just seems like a hit piece to defame every one that is in litigation with their client.
I hope I reading it right, any other opinions?
